FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In case you would like to cancel or modify your order please contact us via email at the following address info@sunflirt.gr. Τhe cancellation will be accepted within 1 hour of the order completion. Beyond that point no cancellation will be accepted. Please note that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

We may deliver your order to your personal postal address. Our carrier is ELTA COURIER in Greece and internationally is Hellenic Post .You may also choose to pick-up your parcel from our store in Athens. You should schedule an appointment to pick up your order.

We offer free standard delivery ONLY on orders over 100. For more information regarding the costs of delivery please check our shipping policy.

For order placed outside the UE, SUN ΦΛΕΡΤ does NOT cover duties and customs fees.

Orders are generally delivered between 1–4 business days for deliveries within Greece from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. For international deliveries please check our shipping policy. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). By payment apps: via Paypal, Apple pay (mobile). Bank deposit.

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 15 working days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order. The products must be in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag). Please kindly note that we only accept returns using the provided prepaid label.

In order to perform your right of withdrawal, you need to send us an email at info@sunflirt.gr, mentioning the order date and order number.

In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return such product to the enterprise and ask for its replacement via the procedure for the return of a product. Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive your new items within 2-5 days from the day we received the item.

If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company’s fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. If the reason for returning a product lies with a company’s error, SUN ΦΛΕΡΤ undertakes to deliver the order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.  

Our store in Athens will be able to accept the return of your item.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is processed.
